Home > apple > iPad 2 finally back on schedule?

Ever since the iPad 2 was launched, it has been plagued by component shortages due to certain hardware defects, and not to mention a couple of months back there was an explosion at one of the Foxconn plants, which was supposedly the same plant that handled iPad 2 manufacturing. Long queues and staggered sales was a pretty common sight at Apple stores worldwide, but it seems that Apple has finally managed to get on track.

On Appleā€™s website for estimated delivery time for the iPad 2, it now reads 1-3 days, which is a drastic reduction from the 3-4 weeks in delivery time from when they first started shipping. This can only be a good thing for their customers and

may very well put an end to the long queues.
