Say what you will about RIM’s declining slice of the smartphone market share pie, there are still Blackberry loyalists out there who refuse to give up their emails and BBM and physical QWERTY keyboards in favor of full touch screen Android/iOS smartphones. Well if you happen to be one of them, it looks like the Blackberry Torch 9860 was recently spotted at the FCC which can only mean that it is one step closer to being released to the public.

It appears that the device will be sporting various radio bands and frequencies, so it looks like it could be available across all the major networks, such as CDMA networks like Verizon or GSM networks such as AT&T. The neon green seems to be a little different from the traditional colors of Blackberry devices, although it could very well be a prototype or test set. I guess we will have to wait to find out more.
