Good news if you’re on the Telus network and from Canada because according to the Telus website they have introduced a no-cost data sharing plan between your phone and your tablet. Typically carriers would charge for this kind of service but Telus decided to take a different approach by offering it at no cost!

The only catch is that this will only work with Android and RIM tablets as it relies on tethering rather than a direct network connection. This move by Telus will definitely be putting the pressure on other carriers in Canada who charge $30 a month just to share a 6GB data plan. However once again take note as this only applies to Android and RIM devices.
