AT&T logoIf you’ve been a loyal and good customer of AT&T’s, it seems that the carrier is currently exploring a pilot program that could reward you for that. AT&T customers in Colorado, Minneapolis and Houston who have met a certain criteria (the specifics were not revealed) have reported that they have started to certain certain perks, such as access to a VIP phone number for customer assistance, waived upgrade and 2nd line activation fees, 25% off non-Apple accessories, and one customer reportedly received a $10 Starbucks gift card.

No word if and when AT&T plans to roll out this AT&T Plus loyalty program nationwide, but according to their statement:

We’re trialing a pilot loyalty program, called AT&T Plus, with a select group of our wireless customers to get their feedback on their interest in this type of program and the benefits they’d like to have from us. Right now, this is only a trial, but based on what our customers tell us, it may be something we look to roll out more widely in the future. It’s an example of our ongoing efforts to deliver a great experience for our customers.

Granted the perks aren’t exactly amazing, but it’s still a good effort on AT&T’s part nonetheless. What do you guys think? What sort of loyalty perks would you most like to have?
