Fujitsu F-07C leaves you spoilt for choice

Published

on

There are times in life when you can’t really decide on a particular decision, so a little bit of nudging is required. Fujitsu steps into this role perfectly if you’re currently unaffected by the hype surrounding the iPhone and Android-powered smartphones, but rather, want something which is unique instead. Thanks to the F-07C, this tablet-like 4″ WSVGA smartphone is powered by an Intel Atom processor and is capable of dual-booting into Windows 7 and Symbian. Yup, that wasn’t a typo at all just in case you were wondering, we stated Windows 7 and not Windows Phone 7. It seems that this handset will ship with a 32GB SSD and a slide-out QWERTY keypad to get you started right out of the box, while a front facing camera is on the cards as well. No idea on price or a release date, but a 32GB SSD does seem a bit far fetched for a phone – surely that would mean pricing it out of range for most folks? Perhaps this is a prank phone that is past its April Fools date.

The Nokia PureView that was shown off by Nokia in MWC this year is much like any other smartphone nowadays except for two things. The first is that it is running on Nokia’s Symbian OS. Besides that, the phone will have a 1.3 GHz single-core chip, a 4-inch display with a 360×640 (nHD) resolution, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of storage space which can be expanded with a microSD and a Pentaband modem.
