For those shopping on a budget, Verizon will be introducing the Samsung Illusion Android smartphone come 23rd of November. It’s not the most powerful of Android devices and appears to be somewhere at the bottom in terms of performance, but if you need a smartphone for surfing and email capabilities, we don’t see why the Samsung Illusion can’t get the job done.

The Illusion will sport a 3.5” display and a rear-facing camera while running on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3. It is unlikely that it will be getting the Ice Cream Sandwich port any time soon if at all, but for a phone that’s more than likely to be free on contract, we guess we can’t really complain.
