Harry Potter Books Coming to Kindle Lending Library

Yesterday, Amazon announced a deal that that has been agreed upon with J.K Rowling’s Pottermore that will soon make the entire Harry Potter book franchise available through the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library. Starting from June 19, all seven magical books will be available in 5 different languages; English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. The Lending Library is available to Amazon Prime members who pay an amount of $79 a year which allows them to borrow one book a month from a collection that contains 145,000 books including self-published authors.

If you do not have an Amazon Prime membership, the amazing Harry Potter tales on Pottermore are priced at $7.99/book for the first three books, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban. For the subsequent four books, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, they will cost $9.99 per book. If you are looking to get the entire collection and you don’t have the Prime membership, it will set you back $57.54.
