Mystery Motorola tablet hits the FCC

Unfortunately during Motorola’s recent event, only the Droid RAZR was announced. Many were expecting a new tablet to be revealed, like the successor to the current Xoom tablet, the Xoom 2, but a recent FCC filing could be hinting that the device is well on its way.

The drawing in the filing doesn’t really say much about the device, but test results have reported that it will be a tablet that runs on a 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and will come in 16GB, 32GB or 64GB storage, along with a 1280×800 display. Apart from its resolution the screen size was not revealed. With an 8” and 10” tablets reportedly in the works, these specs could easily belong to either, but we guess we will have to wait for more details to be revealed over time.
