Solar iPad Case by Wireless NRG

Prior to this report, there was a Solar powered keyboard dock for the iPad by Logitech. Now however, Wireless NRG has come up with a case for the iPad which allows the powers of the sun to not just power some accessory connected to it, but your tablet itself. The KudoCase as it is called actually does this and apparently provides power to your iPad for up to 10 days with it being used for two hours a day.

The case has been made of hard, biodegradable corn-based plastic and features solar panels on the front cover that generates energy from indoor and outdoor light sources. There are a couple more nifty features the KudoCase comes packed with the first allowing users to find your iPad by just whistling.

That is awesome since you can go R2-D2 on your tablet and it will beep back to allow you to find it. The second one is that it has a USB port from which you can charge another device such as your accompanying iPhone. The price of the KudoCase is $189.95 and the black, gray, green, pink and blue models are all sold out. Unfortunately, that accounts for all the colors that are available so those are your options when the KudoCase does get back into stock.
