Samsung T699 Heading to T-Mobile; Could it be the Galaxy Nexus?

A leaked user agent string from T-Mobile revealed a Samsung smartphone that has a screen resolution of 1280 x 720. Prior to this report, we have also heard that the Galaxy Note might be heading over to T-Mobile, but unlike the one in the user agent string, the Note has a resolution of 1280 x 800. This information has restarted the rumor mill and the T699 could possibly be the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Another rumor indicates that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be bearing the model name T999, so this can’t be that one either although it is a possibility.

The folks over at TmoNews state that the mysterious Samsung T699 is allegedly arriving sometime “soon” for T-Mobile and if that is true, we should be hearing more about it over the coming weeks. On top of that, the blog also reported that T699 was a recycled model name but it has now reappeared with a device that has a screen resolution of 1280 x 720. If the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is in fact going to be making an appearance at T-Mobile, would you be opting for that or will you choose to hold out for the Galaxy S3? Let us know with a comment below.
