Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Gets New S-Pen Slot and Quad-Core Exynos Processor

We first got a glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet at Mobile World Congress earlier this year and although it was impressive with its dual-core processor and the S-Pen from its namesake’s phablet the Galaxy Note, there wasn’t a slot for the stylus. Now apparently, Sammy has showcased its tablet in an event in Europe and it seems like the South Korean electronics giant has gone back to the drawing board and redesigned the device.

This time around, Samsung has installed a S-Pen slot right in the bezel of the tablet so it doesn’t interfere with your usage and users will also not have to constantly worry where the stylus is. Beyond that, the manufacturer has also deemed it proper to give the Galaxy Note 10.1 a bump in specifications and if you’re looking forward to the tablet when it does come out, you will be happy to know that it will now come with a quad-core Exynos processor. For now, we don’t know exactly when the tablet will hit markets, but rumors indicate that it will be sometime in June.
