RIM today has made the BlackBerry Curve 9320 official. The device is basically the same thing as the entry-level BlackBerry Curve 9220 which was launched in India a few weeks back except that the 9320 comes with a few additions to it. The 9320 packs a 2.44-inch non-touch QVGA display, a four-row QWERTY keyboard, a 3MP snapper helped along its way with a LED flash (as opposed to a 2MP camera on the 9220), 512MB of RAM and 512MB ROM, FM radio and a microSD card slot.

According to reports, the Curve 9320 offers better connectivity options than the 9220. On top of the quad-band GSM and Wi-Fi connectivity, you will also get GPS, A-GPS and 3G with HSPA support. The phone which will ship with the latest BlackBerry OS 7.1 also comes with a dedicated physical key just for BlackBerry’s famous BlackBerry Messaging application (BBM) which might prove to be popular as this phone comes out just after the launching of RIM’s upcoming BlackBerry 10 platform.
