Jean Michel Jarre seems to have taken a break from his usual arsenal of lasers, lightshows and outdoor concerts which are genuinely jaw-dropping and has switched his focus to what is described as a high-end iPhone and iPad dock. The 63 year old designed the latest version of the Aeropad that is aptly called the Aeropad Two which is a massive 34-inch dock with a 30-pin connector for your iOS devices. The dock is also compatible with devices ranging from the iPad Nano right up to the iPad tablet and it will blast your music or videos using 4 30-watt speakers and one 80-watt subwoofer which is located at the back of the device. It is also usable with the 3.5-inch headphones jack and even with a pendrive with files of WMA, AIFF, WAVE and MP3 formats. The entire setup weights 22 pounds and can be purchased in black, white or a woody color that has been called bamboo. The picture above displays the Aeropad 2 with an iPad in the centre to show you some perspective of what you can expect and this behemoth of a dock can be purchased for $925 here.
