Bang & Olufsen are known for their premier and costly products and if you want to own one of their popular sound systems but cannot or don’t want to pony up for the large price tags that are usually attached to it, this may be your chance. The company just announced Beoplay A3 which can be categorized as one of their more affordable devices that has been designed with Apple’s iPad specifically in mind.

The Beoplay A3 brings the features of a speaker system, a stand and a case all rolled into one. The case which is made from polycarbonate plastic with an aluminum frame boasts 3 0.5-inch tweeters along with a 2-inch woofer and is said to promise 5 hours of usage time. The case which is still yet to hit retail shelves can also sense the orientation of your iPad and churn out the audio using the right speakers for the best experience. When it does retail it will cost a massive $730 and while that is a huge amount, as said earlier, this can be categorized as one of B&O’s more affordable products.
