T-Mobile HTC Sensation 4G and HTC Amaze Might Get ICS on June 16

From a leak that surfaced over the weekend, carrier T-Mobile has apparently scheduled an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for two devices for a reported date of 16 June. If the leak is to be believed, the HTC Sensation 4G and the HTC Amaze will both be getting a bite of the sweet and succulent latest Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. With only a reported 5 or 6 percent of Android smartphones using the OS it is definitely a good thing that carriers are continuing with a steady rollout of the latest installment of Android.

The update will allegedly bring along an added feature of HTC’s Sense 3.6 and reports say that Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich works well with it. Of course as always, a leak is a leak and should be treated as such. So take this bit of information with a pinch of sale and do hold on your horses until an actual official announcement is made with regards to these T-Mobile devices. Of course, if it were true, it would definitely be making users who have been waiting for any news in this vein jump for joy and there’s nothing wrong with that. Hopefully it’s worth the wait though.
