A survey conducted by ChangeWave Research from March 22 to March 28 used a set of 200 new iPad owners to get their impressions of what they like and dislike about their new iPads. As confirmed with the device getting over 3 million sales over the first week after it was launched, 98% of the participants said they were either satisfied (16%) or very satisfied (92%). As for the purported overheating problems only a very miniscule 4% said that the heat was ‘somewhat’ of a problem with the rest saying that it was not really a problem while no one said that it was “a very big problem”.

On the contrary, the survey also mentioned questions regarding what the participants liked least about the new iPad and as Apple should know, these are the most important parts which help to not only maintain but increase its customer base even further. 26% of the new owners picked the price as being too costly, 23% picked the price of a wireless data plan for the 4G LTE capable devices, 8% picked the size/weight of the device, another 8% cited the Flash storage capacity and finally 7% of the participants said that the iPad’s integration with other devices was their biggest dislike. All in all, the participants seemed very pleased with the new iPad.
