Motorola Brings 3G to Xoom Tablets

Motorola has improved the connectivity of its range of Xoom 2 tablets this week. By launching 3G compatible versions of the 10.1-inch and 8.2-inch versions they will have made many customers very happy. The Xoom 2 packs a dual-core 1.2GHz processor with Android 3.2 Honeycomb. There is even a 1.3 front-facing camera for video chats and on top of that, a 5MP rear-facing snapper.

Also contained within the tablets hard exterior is 1GB of RAM and the choice of either 16 or 32GB of built-in storage. According to online reports, the hardware features an element-defying Corning Gorilla Glass display as well as a Splashguard coating. The range of tablets will last for ten hours on a charge.
