Fashionable Handbag Charges Your Mobile Devices

Published

on

Handbags are fashion statements and one company which is a project by designer Richard Nicoll and Vodafone features an internal battery and pocket for charging smartphones or tablets. With a little charm on the zipper that notifies the user when a call is coming through, this might seem fashionable now but fashion seems to breeze over nowadays so no one knows whether something that looks like this will be “in” or not in about 6 months time. The internal battery charges via an inductive cable and reports indicated that it has enough charge for 2 whole days of charging.

Although the terms used for the length of charging are pretty ambiguous, it is still impressive. The safe money is that it can support a fully charged device as its battery life reduces for two days as opposed to fully charging up a device and maintaining its full charge while it is in the handbag. For now there is still no information as to either how much it will cost or when it will be announced but for now, this seems like a nifty little addition for women who are always on the go and need to constantly use their phone.
