AT&T 4G LTE Network to Expand to 12 New Markets by Summer 2012

AT&T has announced that it intends on starting up its high speed LTE networks in 12 new markets by summer 2012. The carrier has announced that it will start with the first 3 areas on April the 8. The 3 areas that can expect to be able to support 4G LTE are Muncie-Indiana, Bloomington-Indiana and finally Bryan College Station-Texas.

With AT&T’s 4G LTE network, users will be able to enjoy faster speeds with blazing fast response time on devices such as HTC Vivid, Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket, LG Nitro HD and a few other devices offered by AT&T. As more and more markets are included to support the speedy connectivity option, AT&T’s arsenal of 4g-capable handsets should also be on the rise.
