Shopping on a tight budget? If you are, the good news is that Motorola may have a device that could be suitable for your budget. The Motorola XT320 made a pit stop at the FCC recently and has been dubbed the “Defy Mini”. It is expected to see a release in China some time this month, so hopefully the stop in the FCC could indicate that it might be headed our way soon.

Not the most powerful Android smartphone we’ve seen to date, so it is possible that it will be really cheap or possibly even free on contract. Featuring a 480×320 display, a 5MP camera and Android’s Gingerbread 2.3 on board, it also appears to sport GSM bands 850/1900 ad WCDMA bands II and IV, meaning that if and when it arrives stateside, it could be landing on AT&T’s network.
