Motorola Droid Bionic update is imminent

Owners of the Motorola Droid Bionic will be pleased to hear that Verizon could be rolling out an update for the device as soon as today, assuming that they haven’t already. This update will be addressing some of the issues that many Motorola Droid Bionic users have brought up in the past along with some enhancements to the device overall.

Based on the changelog, the update should provide better auto focus for the camera, better 4G/3G connectivity, the ability to allow up to 8 devices connect to your hotspot (a bump up from 5 prior to the update), faster SIM card activation and much more. Like we said, word has it that the device could be seeing an update as early as today but will most probably roll out in batches.
