Assuming the above document is real, those looking forward to the Motorola Droid RAZR will be seeing a launch come 10th of November on Verizon’s network. It will cost you $300 on a two year contract, or for those unwilling to be tied down to a contract, the Droid RAZR will set you back a whopping $649 unlocked.

The Droid RAZR is a highly anticipated Android handset, namely because of the RAZR legacy, which some may remember as a flip phone by Motorola, whose hardware specs and features weren’t exactly impressive, but captivated the market with its thin form factor and build quality.

While the Droid RAZR will not be seeing a flip phone design any time soon, it has kept true to its RAZR moniker by being a mere 7.1mm thin. As far as the rest of the specs go, it has shown up its feature phone predecessor by sporting a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3” Super AMOLED display, kevlar reinforced body, 4G LTE connectivity and will run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3 platform.
