Motorola has officially announced the Dinara Android smartphone. The Dinara name has been floating around the web for a while and there have even been some leaked photos taken by the phone’s camera. Well the good news is that Motorola has officially taken the wraps off but the bad news is that it appears to be headed to China Telecom first without any word or indication that could suggest it will arrive stateside.

The device known as the xT928 will feature a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM under the hood, a 4.5” 720p HD display, a whopping 13MP camera that’s capable of recording in 1080p Full HD video, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and will run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.

As far as a possible stateside release is concerned, as we mentioned, there has been no official word. However the rumors have suggested that it could very well land on AT&T’s network in the future, but as to when remains a mystery for now. Any takers?
