Kindle Fire will be able to sideload apps

If you were thinking about getting your hands on the Amazon Kindle Fire, here’s something you might want to think about. In the official capacity, the bad news is that Android Market will not be available on the Kindle Fire, instead you will have to rely on Amazon’s own app store, which may not be as comprehensive as the Android Market.

The good news is that a temporary solution may have been discovered that will allow you to download and install apps from the Android Market, although the process is not risk free and there are downsides to installing apps that aren’t compatible with your tablet, but if you’re interested, you can head on down to AndroidGuys for the download link and instructions.

The Kindle Fire was created to compete against Apple’s iPad, and it appears to be doing rather well for itself, featuring a brand new UI and an extremely affordable price point. However the lack of Android Market might be a turn off for some, but hopefully this method of sideloading apps will be able to attract customers over onto the Kindle Fire.
