For those living in South Korea, it seems that Samsung is playing favorites with the Galaxy Nexus handset. It appears that if you live in South Korea and you were to pick up a Galaxy Nexus, you will be receiving an additional 2000mAh battery and a battery cover that will fit with the slightly larger battery.

This is in addition to the 1750mAh battery that comes with the phone, so if you don’t mind your phone being a little thicker, then the 2000mAh battery will be a welcome addition. As some of you might have noticed, the additional battery + cover does not come bundled for users in Europe and we have no reason to believe that those of us living stateside will be receiving the bundle as well.
