Samsung seeking to ban iPhone 4S in Australia and Japan

The last time we checked, Samsung had attempted to get Apple’s brand new iPhone 4S banned in France, Italy and apparently the Netherlands. While the Dutch courts have turned Samsung’s request for an injunction down, it looks like the company has turned to other countries in their attempt to get the iPhone 4S banned, much like how Apple has successfully gotten the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in Germany and Australia so far.

Now Samsung has added both Australia and Japan to their list of countries, but we’re not sure Samsung will be stopping there. If some of these countries sound familiar it’s because Apple has tried something similar before too. It looks like there’s no end in sight, which can only be a good thing for the attorneys working for either company.
