Motorola Droid 2 Global and DROID Pro to receive Gingerbread 2.3 update

Good news for those who own the Motorola Droid 2 Global and the DROID Pro, as it looks like Motorola will finally be rolling out the Android Gingerbread 2.3 updates to these devices. With Motorola tweeting about their plans to update their latest line of handsets (Droid RAZR, Droid Bionic) to Ice Cream Sandwich, we’re guessing that owners of the Droid 2 Global and DROID Pro were starting to get worried that maybe the company might have forgotten about them.
