Motorola confirms Ice Cream Sandwich updates for RAZR, Bionic and Xoom

Good news Motorola owners! If you have recently bought the Droid Bionic, or if you’re an existing owner of the Xoom tablet or if you have plans to buy the Droid RAZR, it looks like these three devices have been confirmed to receive the Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 update.

According to a tweet by Motorola, the devices mentioned above will be getting the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 update within 6 weeks of Google officially publishing the platform. We’re guessing that those locked to carriers might have to wait a bit for carriers to go through the update first before pushing it out to their devices, but for those with unlocked phones, it looks like you may not have to wait that long.
