Samsung counter sues Apple in Australia

So far most of the Apple vs Samsung news has been Samsung taking a lot of hits from Apple, and with no retaliation mentioned, but now it looks like Samsung is coming back swinging with a lawsuit in France, and a counter lawsuit in Australia.

For those who forgot, Australia was one of the first countries in the whole Apple vs Samsung debacle that put a temporary injunction on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1. Obviously not content with that situation and with the official ruling not too far away, Samsung has decided to do something about it by counter suing Apple, claiming that Apple violated a certain number of wireless technology patents that were held by Samsung.

Since this was recently filed, we do not know what the outcome will be, so stay tuned and we will keep you updated!
