Motorola Droid Bionic suffering from high pitched noise

The Droid Bionic has been talked about a lot before its launch, and not surprisingly given its specs. It was a much anticipated Android handset but now it appears that there are some issues with the device that are being talked about quite a bit in the Android forums.

It seems that when the user plugs in their headphones, and audio is streamed through the jack to the headphones, a high pitched buzzing sound can be heard. This seems to apply to pretty much any media, so we’re thinking videos and music files. This is more apparent when the volume has been cranked to the max and the treble boost has been enabled in the EQ.

We’re not how widespread it is, but it seems to be an issue quite a few users are facing at the moment. Anyway if you have yet to experience this issue, try the method about and see if it applies to you. If it does, perhaps it’s time to get an exchange.
