Fire breaks out at another Foxconn factory

Several months back, we reported on a Foxconn factory explosion, which may or may not have led to the iPad 2s seeing a shortage. It appears that yet another accident has happened at Foxconn, this time involving a fire that broke loose at their Yantai plant which is located in Shandong.

However if you were worried about iPhone 5 delays, it seems that this factory mainly builds Sony’s home computers and laptops, so the good news is that not only was no one hurt (the fire was put out in 30 minutes), but it looks like it has not affected the iPhone 5.
