Turn your iPad into a board game with Yoomi DUO

We know that several peripherals and accessories exist for iOS devices, such as iCade which puts your iPad into an arcade machine looking casing, allowing you to play arcade games on it with a joystick and button. Then there have been several joystick add-ons for iOS devices which attach onto the screen, providing a tactile experience for the gamer. While technically this isn’t a peripheral, the DUO transforms your iPad into a board game which will provide fun for you and your family.

The DUO is a gadget that fits on the screen of your iPad and at the moment works in conjunction with the game Yoomi, although we’re guessing that eventually more games will be developed that will work with the device. It also comes with tokens which means like most games, it will end with a loser and a winner.

The Yoomi app itself is free but the DUO device will cost $14.99 and is available from Amazon.com.
