iPad 2 finally back on schedule?

Published

on

Ever since the iPad 2 was launched, it has been plagued by component shortages due to certain hardware defects, and not to mention a couple of months back there was an explosion at one of the Foxconn plants, which was supposedly the same plant that handled iPad 2 manufacturing. Long queues and staggered sales was a pretty common sight at Apple stores worldwide, but it seems that Apple has finally managed to get on track.

On Apple’s website for estimated delivery time for the iPad 2, it now reads 1-3 days, which is a drastic reduction from the 3-4 weeks in delivery time from when they first started shipping. This can only be a good thing for their customers and

may very well put an end to the long queues.
