Huawei Sonic to make its way to T-Mobile?

For those wondering, the Huawei Sonic is an Android device that is available exclusively in Turkey, but the good news is that it looks like the device may be making its way over to the States, thanks to a recent FCC filing, which has shown the device to be sporting a “T-Moblie” sticker where the battery should be. We’re assuming that the “T-Moblie” is just a typo for “T-Mobile”, but of course we would have to wait for an actual announcement to be 100% certain.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Huawei Sonic, it’s an Android device with NFC technology which is also priced below 200 Euros, making it a pretty affordable handset. On top of that, it apparently will be the first T-Mobile phone (assuming of course it is a T-Mobile phone) that will be able to fully utilize T-Mobile’s 42Mbps down HSPA+ 4G network.

We don’t expect the device to be a powerhouse, although its fast download speeds and NFC capabilities might be able to attract some potential customers, who prioritize mobile internet speeds over everything else.
