Napster Unlimited Plus Mobile

As it stands there are three cloud-music services out there, Apple’s, Google’s and Amazon’s. Well perhaps they should move over and make room for Napster’s Unlimited plus Mobile which will give users access to a catalogue of over 15 million songs through their mobile devices, and all of this for 10 GBP a month. As it stands this service is only available in the UK but I don’t see why it won’t catch on in the States soon.

Granted this is slightly different to cloud-music services where users upload their own songs to the cloud server but the advantage to this is that Napster’s service allows for access from both iOS and Android devices meaning this is an alternative if you are trying to decide between going Android or iOS for their cloud-music services. Napster will also be offering offline services where the last 100 tracks that you played can be replayed on your device even when you’re offline.

Of course if you’re unwilling to pay 10 GBP a month, Napster offers a cheaper plan of 5 GBP a month that streams to your pc instead of your mobile device. A rather interesting alternative to cloud-music if I may say so myself.
