Microsoft resumes Windows Phone 7 updates for Samsung phones

When Microsoft released the Windows Phone 7 update last month, quite a number of Samsung users ended up with bricked devices when they applied the update. Microsoft quickly halted updates to Samsung phones while they worked on solving the problem, and now it appears that they’ve managed to fix it. Microsoft has resumed rolling out the Windows Phone 7 update to Samsung WP7 device users. The update doesn’t bring anything new to the phone, but instead it prepares all WP7 devices for the upcoming major update that’s been slated to arrive later this month.
