HTC ThunderBolt accessories revealed

The HTC ThunderBolt was just launched today and while it wasn’t’ officially announced, it looks like we’ll be seeing a bunch of accessories for the 4G LTE Android phone. The folks over at Phandroid have managed to get some screen shots showing the accessories that will be sold with the phone. First up we have a higher-capacity battery for $50 – it is a 2750mAh beast instead of the 1400mAh that comes with the phone to ensure you won’t run out of juice when you keep the LTE radios on. Something that should’ve been included with the phone in the first place, but I guess HTC/Verizon wanted to keep prices down. In addition to the larger battery, they will be selling a special wireless charging battery cover ($40) for you to charge your ThunderBolt wirelessly. The ThunderBolt will also get a Multimedia Desktop Charging Dock ($60), which should keep the phone charged as well as provide some sort of multimedia functionality – HDMI output perhaps? But it also has a second dock for you to charge an additional battery. These additional accessories sure make the ThunderBolt even more attractive now. Hopefully the phone won’t be a letdown. Who’s excited?
