HTC Merge visits the FCC

Published

on

The HTC Merge was made official a week ago, and it looks like it’s right on track to be available by spring 2011. A photo of the device at the FCC offices recently surfaced online, and March isn’t even over yet. It came with a Verizon user manual, so now we all know which carrier it’s headed to. HTC’s first Android world phone resembles the Desire Z/G2 with its slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and will come with a 5 megapixel camera, Android 2.2, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 3.8″ touchscreen. I guess this Android phone will arrive on time unlike some other devices on Verizon (ThunderBolt springs to mind…). Any takers for the HTC Merge?
