Additional evidence of the XOOM tablet’s $799 price point has surfaced, thanks to a Best Buy circular. The document shows the XOOM tablet priced at $799, and users will need to purchase at least one month of mobile broadband service in order to activate the tablet’s Wi-Fi chipset. The document also shows that the hotly anticipated HTC ThunderBolt LTE phone will be going for $249 with a 2-year contract, or $799 at full retail (which will burn a significant hole in your wallet). The leak also confirms the February 24th release date that we mentioned.
