Looks like the naming your product with an “i” trend isn’t dying anytime soon – a Taiwanese CE manufacturer, Amtek Systems, has just passed their latest Android tablet through the FCC. The name of the device? iTablet. Ingenious? Not really. But they’re definitely not going to trick people into thinking that it’s an iPad. This 10.1″ tablet packs an 800MHz processor, 512 MB of SDRAM, 1GB of internal storage, a 2 megapixel front facing camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, optional 3G and a 6400mAh battery. Expect the tablet to be rebranded before it hits our stores though. How many more similar Android tablets do we need in the already crowded market?
