Windows Phone 7 Developers can now see app sales data

Who would’ve thought that a huge company such as Microsoft listens? Well apparently they do. After numerous complaints from the development community about not having access to app data, late payouts and the like, it seems that they have started moving their feet to get things done. According to a tweet from a Windows Phone 7 developer, he is now seeing download and sales data for his apps on the Apphub. So that’s one major problem fixed. Developers can finally see the responses that their apps have been getting, so they’ll know what works and what doesn’t, what’s hot and what’s not, to help them improve the quality of the apps. With the copy and paste patch arriving next year, it sure looks like WP7 is shaping up to be the OS it originally intended to be.
