Photographs and specs of Motorola Honeycomb tablet leaked online

It looks like the Motorola Honeycomb (Android 3.0) tablet that was shown off at D: Dive Into Mobile earlier this week wasn’t the only one available in public. Some folks in over in a Chinese forum Mobile01 managed to get their hands on one and posted some photographs about the device. As we can see from the screenshot, Honeycomb supports 3D live wallpaper (from what we can see it looks like falling rain). The poster even leaked the specs of the device. The tablet will come in either 7″ or 10″, it has a 1280 x 800 display, an NVIDIA Tegra 2 T20 dual-core processor, gyroscope, a 5 megapixel on the back and a 2 megapixel front facing camera, 32GB of internal storage in an embedded memory card in addition to a microSD slot. The device is supposedly ready for launch, but Honeycomb needs some fine tuning. The device will come in three versions- UMTS, CDMA or LTE. Looks like Motorola and Google plan to dominate the airwaves with this device, ensuring no carrier gets left out. No word on its pricing or release date, but let’s hope we don’t have to wait too long to find out more.
