Motorola Olympus picked up at a flea market

Some people just have all the luck. Some guy managed to find Motorola’s new unannounced phone the Olympus, at a flea market! He took some photographs of the phone and sent them off to Gizmodo. Apparently he bought it without knowing it would power on, and he managed to turn it on when he accidentally pressed the volume down together with the power button. From the pictures we can confirm it runs on Android 2.2, has a microUSB port for charging or syncing, and a front facing camera. The phone is rumored to be running on a dual-core Tegra 2 processor but the pictures could not confirm it. For someone to pick up a phone at a flea market seems a bit strange. Maybe it’s part of a publicity stunt being pulled off by Motorola? I guess we’ll find out in due time. It looks like the phone might be upon us sooner than we think.
