The LG Optimus 7Q/LG Quantum phone has recently made its way to the offices of Pocket-lint, where they snapped a number of pictures and gave it a first impression hands-on review. Coming a bit late to the party (it wasn’t available on launch day), this cute, Windows Phone 7 device joins the ranks of the Dell Venue Pro and HTC 7 Pro as keyboard-toting WP7 phones. The LG Quantum will ship with the standard WP7 specs- 1GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, 5 megapixel autofocus camera with 720p HD video recording and of course WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS. What makes the LG Quantum stand out is its DLNA capabilities- something that the other WP7 phones don’t have at the moment. And the fact that it’s the only QWERTY slider available that isn’t plagued with problems (HTC 7 Pro has yet to make an appearance)- makes it the obvious choice to get if you’re looking for a WP7 QWERTY-slider. The LG Quantum is now available will be sold by AT&T for $199.99 with a two-year contract.
