According to Reuters, workers at the Foxconn factory in China who were unhappy with their wages staged a protest this week. In addition to workers who were unhappy with their salary, there were also workers who were upset with plans of being relocated to inland factories. Workers were reported to be paid a measly $165.80 a month- talk about cheap labor. It is uncertain what will come out of this protest, but we’re pretty sure Apple will be doing their best to ensure that their iPhones won’t be out of stock this holiday season. In other news, Hon Hai Precision Industry, the owners of Foxconn, has denied that Foxconn workers sold the white iPhone 4 components to the high-school kid that has been reselling them online. If that is the truth, it makes you wonder where he got his parts from. Any ideas?
