Adobe to use iPads and iPhones as extensions of Photoshop

Despite Adobe not being shown much love from Apple, they have decided not to let any animosity build up between them and focus on what they can do in the future instead and it seems like Adobe is on the right track. Adobe has recently released some mock up images of how the iPad or iPhone could be used as an extension of their Adobe Photoshop software. Working in conjunction with their desktop counterparts, the iOS devices could be used to change tool settings such as brush sizes or colors- like how an artist would use a palette when painting on a canvas. And if they wanted to, users will also be able to paint  on the multi-touch device itself. A collaboration of tools in this manner would free up the user’s screen when working and would make selecting tools and adjusting them more intuitive. To artists out there, could you see yourself working with an iOS device in this manner?
