Verizon-Bound Galaxy Note 5 Gets Benchmarked

It goes without saying the nearer one gets to a release of a particular device, more and more rumors should abound. Having said that, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 5 would certainly have raised plenty of attention, and it seems that the device has passed through a Geekbench test suite, revealing more about the hardware to boot.

This particular model of the Galaxy Note 5 looks set to make its way to Verizon Wireless, sporting the model number SM-N920V, apart from running on an octa-core, 64-bit Exynos 7420 processor that is accompanied by 4GB RAM. Other than that, the benchmarked device apparently ran on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, and it achieved benchmark scores that are comparable to those that the Samsung Galaxy S6 managed to hit.

All in all, we should just sit tight and wait for the real deal to be released so that there will no longer be any need for speculation of the hardware within.
