This fingerprint sensor on the alleged Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 will be located under the LED flash at the back of the device.

As for the rest of the hardware specifications, we are looking at the likes of a Full HD 5.5” display, a 64-bit MediaTek MT6795 SoC with an octa-core CPU and a PowerVR G6200 GPU, a 13MP shooter behind and a 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,000mAh battery and either Android 5.0.2 Lollipop or Android 5.1 Lollipop right out of the box.
