Oppo 3000 A China-Only Handset

Ah, here is a mid-range 4G LTE capable handset from China – and it looks set to remain only available in that part of the world, for the moment, at least. I am referring to the Oppo 3000, which has just been unveiled in the world’s most populous country, and do not expect the Oppo 3000 to follow in the footsteps of some of its more illustrious family members, such as the Oppo R5 that once held the title of being the slimmest smartphone in the world.

The Oppo 3000 will arrive with standard features such as a 4.7” 720p touchscreen display, a 5 MP wide-angle front-facing camera that allows you to capture decent selfies, and an 8MP Sony IMX179 camera sensor right at the back which will feature f/2.0 aperture and has a five-element lens. It will run on a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC with an Adreno 306 GPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, Dual SIM, a microSD memory card slot, NFC support and a 2,000 mAh battery.
