Samsung has released yet another smartphone to the masses in the form of the Samsung Galaxy J1, where it will carry the model number SM-J100 for those who are interested in detail such as those. Leaked pages of a promotional leaflet have surfaced, where we are now able to dive into what the Galaxy J1 offers.

At the back of this handset would like a 5MP shooter, while the front has a 2MP camera which ought to be able to do its bit to handle some decent selfies. Not only that, the Galaxy J1 would also be on the receiving end of the Ultra Power Saving Mode that was first spotted on higher-end smartphones, although it remains to be seen whether the 4.3” display will be an AMOLED one or not, sporting 480 x 800 resolution.

Apart from that, it will run on a quad-core 1.2GHz Marvell PXA1908 64-bit SoC, 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and a 1,850 mAh battery. Expect the Galaxy J1 to arrive in four variants – LTE, 3G, dual-SIM LTE, and dual-SIM 3G. It has a January 14 date spotted in the leaked images, so that must be when the announcement of its debut would happen.
